Identify, scout and onboard businesses (preferably HORECA) by connecting with potential merchants and leading end to end sales closure for the product offering (Digital Lending) 2. Manage end to end sales cycle - presentation, commercial negotiation with prospects, coordination internal team to ensure timely merchant go live and maintaining close relationships with the merchants to drive product uptake and utility. 3. Conducting in person meetings with potential merchants to drive acquisition by daily visits to business clusters, responsible for developing leads of potential customers. 4. Prospect and identify potential leads, build strong relationships with merchants spread across the HORECA segment. Drive and achieve merchant adoption for the product to achieve monthly disbursement/gross margin targets. 5. Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate and deliver exceptional service to clients, addressing any issues or concerns promptly. Desired Candidate: - Any Graduate with 1-3 years of experience excellent communication skills. - Good working knowledge and experience of restaurant business in Bangalore/Gurugram. Specifically (Candidates from previous org experience of Zomato, Swiggy, Dotpe, Urban Company preferred). - Attitude & Aptitude for hunting based B2B sales i.e. sourcing and closing of leads. - Initiative & Flexibility: Recognizes the need to adapt to change & implement appropriate solutions.
