About the role At Kulfi Collective, we are on a mission to make the world (wide web) a brighter place, one incredible story at a time.. We are looking for a Planner who shares our passion for shaping culture by combining talent, tech and data and building a strong company image globally for Kulfi\'s 3 core verticals (Supari Studios, Post Office and Keeda Media). The Planner should have a deep understanding of consumer behaviour, cultural trends, and the ability to translate data into actionable strategies. They will play a vital role in designing digital solutions for our clients and presenting these solutions with a creative and strategic mindset. A day in the life of Planner: - Understand clients\' business and communication objectives and design digital solutions supported by data and analytics. - Present digital solutions to clients, collaborating with creative, tech, and business teams within your department. - Work on both pitch and planning projects for existing brands. - Identify and analyse consumer trends and insights through primary research and data analysis. - Collaborate with creative and technology teams to develop creative interventions and strategic frameworks. - Use data-driven insights to set KPIs and measure campaign effectiveness. - Stay updated on the evolving digital media landscape and provide strategic inputs to address brand and marketing challenges. - Build strong collaborative relationships with clients and internal teams to ensure brand strategic alignment. - Variablizing strategy talent(building an external team) and building frameworks for different projects as and when required - Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in social media, media analytics, and platform strategy. - Foster a growth mindset and culture in line with the company\'s values What does success look like - Business KPIs Grow Mega accounts to 2m and support the account management/ Brand Partnerships team in acquiring new accounts Conversion Rate Optimization: Impact on increasing conversion rates through data & consumer insights-backed strategies. Variabilizing strategy resources for projects/pitches efficiently to scale output Building platform specific cohorts Cultural relevance - Culture reports, Workshops (To infuse clients and Kulfi with latest trends / updates in the industry) Qualities and skill sets we would like for you to showcase - 3-5 years of work experience in an creative agency doing culturally relevant brand campaigns - Strong curiosity and a passion for understanding consumer behaviour and cultural trends. - Ability to conduct primary research and analyse data to uncover consumer insights. - Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. - Basic understanding of social media analytics, website analytics (Google Analytics), and other digital metrics. - Proactive approach to staying updated on the digital media landscape. - Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
