A SAM is responsible for onboarding and managing ALL activities for assigned Customer(s), including but not limited to streamlining and standardizing operational procedures, monitoring of the day-to-day activities, issue resolutions, revenue and cost booking, conducting periodic reviews, and developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders at all levels.
Role and Responsibilities: * To effectively and efficiently onboard and manage a Customer's business and strive for operational excellence. You will be the single point of contact from the account management point of view, including any and all sorts of escalations related to the assigned Customer(s).
