Qualification: UG/PG with SAP Knowledge (Mandatory) Experience: Minimum 5yrs in Stores. :

Manage stock levels and make key decisions about stock control.
Raw Material Inward and outward.
Identify the material and make a stock in a proper manner.
Make GRN after receipt at factory and check the material is as per PO.
Monitor Inventory of materials.
Manage & Supervision of All traceability related activity to Material Inward Semi Raw / Raw Material.
Physical Raw material and semi raw material issuance and make that entry in register.
Coordination and follow up for Machining and Job work.
Posting of Inward Record of semi raw in ERP System.
Periodical verification of Raw material.
Material Set in Location and update the same in System to avoid misplacement after QC Clearance.
Physical Verification of Semi raw material.
Raw Material Issuance as per request against Job Work Order.
Other tasks as assigned by the HOD.
Ensure the store complies with outlined safety policies and procedures, as well as state and local health regulations.
Issuing materials to Assembly process.
Dispatch documentation for domestic supply.
Monitoring and maintaining all packing material for Primary & Secondary packing.
