We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Store/Purchase Manager to oversee our restaurant operations. Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day restaurant operations.
Monitor inventory and ordering of food and supplies to ensure that we have everything we need to run our restaurant effectively.
Train new staff members and ensure that they are fully trained on all restaurant procedures and policies.
Maintain a clean, safe, and up-to-date restaurant environment that meets all health and safety standards.
Prepare financial reports and budget plans to ensure that the restaurant operates within budgetary constraints.
Work with the restaurant team to create a positive and engaging work environment.

Requirements:

At least 1to 2 years of experience as a store/purchase manager
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of restaurant financials and budget planning
Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business, or a related field (preferred)
