Store Keeper - Duties and Responsibilities
1. Inventory Management
Maintain accurate stock records.
Monitor stock levels and notify management for replenishment.
Conduct periodic physical stock audits.
2. Receiving Goods
Inspect incoming materials for quantity and quality.
Verify delivery challans, invoices, and purchase orders.
Properly label, tag, and store received items.
3. Issuing Materials
Issue materials to departments as per approved requests.
Record all issuances in register/software accurately.
4. Storage & Housekeeping
Ensure items are stored neatly and safely.
Maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement in the store.
Prevent damage, expiry, and pilferage of materials.
5. Documentation & Record Keeping
Maintain stock ledgers, GRNs, and issue records.
Update stock data in ERP/manual registers regularly.
6. Coordination
Coordinate with purchase, accounts, and user departments.
Follow up with suppliers for pending deliveries.
7. Compliance & Safety
Follow company policies and safety guidelines.
Ensure proper handling of hazardous or fragile materials.
8. Reporting
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly stock reports.
Report discrepancies or shortages immediately.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
