Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing stock (food, beverages, and other supplies).
Monitor daily inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of items.
Conduct regular stock audits and report discrepancies.
Coordinate with purchase and kitchen departments for smooth operations.
Maintain hygiene and organization in the store area.
Prepare inventory reports and support cost control initiatives.
Ensure proper documentation and adherence to company SOPs.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a
Store Keeper
in a
restaurant or hotel
setup.
Strong understanding of
inventory software
and MS Excel.
Excellent organizational and record-keeping skills.
Ability to work independently and handle pressure.
Immediate joiners preferred.
