Title :- Store Supervisor - From Manufacturing Industry

Experience :- Minimum 2 Years in Manufacturing Store Supervision

Location :- Kosamba, Surat, Gujarat.

A Store Supervisor in the manufacturing industry is responsible for overseeing the efficient operation of a store or warehouse within a manufacturing facility, ensuring the smooth flow of materials and finished goods. This role involves managing staff, maintaining inventory, and coordinating with other departments to support production and distribution.

Supervising Staff:

Leading, training, and motivating warehouse staff, including assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and ensuring adherence to safety and operational procedures.

Inventory Management:

Overseeing the receipt, storage, and distribution of materials and finished goods, maintaining accurate inventory records, and implementing inventory control procedures.

Ensuring Smooth Operations:

Coordinating with other departments like purchasing and production to ensure timely delivery of materials and efficient flow of goods throughout the manufacturing process.

Maintaining Safety and Security:

Enforcing safety protocols, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and implementing security measures to protect employees and assets.

Record Keeping and Reporting:

Maintaining accurate records of inventory, transactions, and other relevant data, and generating reports as needed.

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?28,000.00 per month
