Job Description

Procurement:

Research, identify, and evaluate potential suppliers; negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms.

Inventory Management:

Monitor stock levels, forecast needs, place orders, and ensure adequate supplies while preventing shortages.

Supplier Relations:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors; follow up on orders.

Documentation:

Maintain accurate records of purchases, invoices, delivery info, and prepare reports (cost analysis, stock status).

Logistics:

Oversee incoming/outgoing material, packing, dispatch, and generate necessary documents (e.g., e-way bills, challans).

Coordination:

Liaise with other departments (accounts, stores, projects) to understand needs and align procurement with goals.

Compliance:

Ensure all activities meet company policies and regulatory requirements.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
