Job Summary
The Purchase & Store Executive is responsible for managing the procurement of food, beverages, consumables, and operational supplies required for the restaurant. This role ensures timely purchasing, accurate stock management, and proper storage of goods while maintaining quality, cost efficiency, and vendor relationships. The candidate must ensure smooth coordination between the kitchen team, management, and vendors
Key Responsibilities 1. Purchasing ? Identify daily and weekly purchase requirements based on kitchen requisitions and par levels. ? Source, negotiate, and finalize orders with approved suppliers to ensure best pricing and quality. ? Maintain strong relationships with vendors and evaluate their performance regularly. ? Ensure all purchases comply with company policies and budgets. ? Check and verify purchase invoices, quality of goods, and quantities received. ? Coordinate urgent purchases for kitchen or operational needs.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
