Job Description

:

The Store Operator is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant's inventory and supply systems. This role ensures the timely and accurate receipt, storage, and distribution of goods, maintaining proper inventory levels and ensuring hygiene and safety standards are met.

Key Responsibilties:

Receive, inspect, and verify all incoming deliveries against purchase orders. Organize and store items in designated storage areas (dry, cold, and frozen). Maintain accurate inventory records using stock management systems. Perform regular stock counts and reconcile any variances. Monitor stock levels and communicate restocking needs to procurement. Ensure all food products are stored in compliance with food safety and hygiene standards. Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure timely supply of ingredients and materials. Dispose of expired or damaged products as per company policy. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store area at all times. Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to management. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and food safety regulations.
