Job Title: Store Manager
Location: Chennai

Responsibilities:
Manage and process purchase bills, food billing, and other related invoices in a timely manner.
Verify and reconcile vendor bills against purchase orders and delivery challans.
Coordinate with operations, procurement, and finance teams to ensure accurate billing data.
Maintain proper documentation and records of all billing-related transactions.
Handle vendor and client queries related to billing and payments.
Assist in monthly closing activities and support audits as required.
Monitor billing discrepancies and take corrective action where necessary.
Generate and share periodic billing reports with management.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (preferred).
2-3 years of experience in billing, accounts, or finance, preferably in the food services or hospitality industry.
Strong understanding of GST, TDS, and invoice reconciliation.
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally, ERP systems).
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Good communication and coordination skills.
