Store ManagerSales:- Sales for the store- Increase Sales ratio/ associateStock Management:- Increase in the stock turn frequency vis-a-vis target- Diamond Stocks - Greater than 6 months should not be there- Gold Stocks - Greater than 4 months should not be thereCustomer Experience(in-store) :- Monthly maintenance reviews and feedback with Admin- Enhanced store experience, customer feedback (Scores/ No. of Complaints), implementation and laying down guidelines to establish a clear communication channel with the customer + Mystery AuditCustomer Relations:- Touching base with 20% of the existing (High Net worth Individual) customers, on a monthly basis (different customers every month)- Improving purchase funnel via customer segmentation- Implementing communication strategy based on the TG sets and their purchase potential.
