Job Description

Inventory Management:

Oversee all incoming, stored, and outgoing food/beverage items; maintain accurate, real-time records.

Auditing & Reporting:

Conduct regular physical counts (cycle counts, full audits) and reconcile with system data; report discrepancies and variances.

Procurement:

Forecast needs, place orders, manage vendor relationships, negotiate pricing, and ensure timely deliveries.

Cost Control:

Implement strategies (like FIFO/LIFO) to reduce spoilage and waste, track consumption, and analyze food/beverage costs.

System & Process Improvement:

Develop and implement efficient inventory procedures, utilize inventory software, and optimize storage/organization.

Collaboration:

Work with chefs, F&B managers, and other staff to meet operational needs and quality standards.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
