We are seeking an experienced and proactive

Store Manager

to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant outlet. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing restaurant operations, team supervision, inventory control, and ensuring excellent customer service while maintaining company standards.

Requirements:

Minimum 2+ years as Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager Graduate (Any discipline)

Candidate with experience working in leading QSR brands like McDonald's, Burger King, Pizza Hut, Domino's, KFC, or Starbucks. Must excel in team management, operations, and delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage day-to-day restaurant operations efficiently. Lead, motivate, and guide the restaurant team to deliver excellent customer service. Ensure smooth coordination between kitchen and service teams. Monitor sales performance and achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets. Handle customer feedback, complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction. Manage inventory, stock control, and vendor coordination. Maintain hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards as per company policies. Prepare daily sales reports and submit to management. Ensure adherence to company SOPs, policies, and audit compliance. Support recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of staff.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
