We are hiring an experienced and driven Store Manager to lead the operations of our Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) located in Goregaon West. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing high-volume food outlets, leading teams, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Cost Control

: Monitor and manage food, labor, and operational costs efficiently.

Team Management

: Lead, train, and motivate store staff to achieve service excellence and operational goals.

Customer Service

: Handle customer issues professionally, ensuring a positive guest experience.

QSR Operations

: Oversee day-to-day store operations, maintain hygiene standards, and ensure brand compliance.

Cash & Shift Handling

: Maintain cash control, manage POS transactions, and ensure smooth shift handovers.

Sales Reconciliation

: Perform daily sales tracking and reconciliation, and address any discrepancies.

Food Safety

: Ensure strict adherence to food safety and hygiene regulations.

Shift Scheduling

: Prepare and manage team rosters, ensuring proper staffing for all shifts.

Qualifications & Skills:

Graduate degree in Accounts or Finance (B.Com, BAF, BMS Finance, etc.


5-6 years of experience in QSR/store management.


Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills


Proficient in POS systems, cash handling, and team scheduling


Knowledge of food safety and operational standards


Willing to work 6 days a week with a rotational week off.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
