Supervise daily store operations and ensure adherence to company policies.
Lead and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply team to maintain stock availability.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain store cleanliness, merchandising, and visual standards.
Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and submit them to upper management.
Assist with onboarding and training of new store employees.
Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and security standards.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree preferred, but not mandatory.
6 months to 1 year of experience in retail, customer service, or supervisory roles.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
Basic knowledge of store operations and inventory management.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
