Job Summary:


Responsible for overall supermarket operations, staff management, sales performance, customer service, and inventory control.

Key Responsibilities:



Manage daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning Achieve sales and profitability targets Supervise, train, and schedule staff Ensure excellent customer service and handle complaints Control inventory, reduce shrinkage, and manage stock levels Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards

Requirements:



Min 4 years experience in retail/supermarket management Strong leadership and communication skills Basic knowledge of inventory and sales reporting
Salary : Based on your experience
