Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
Proactively approach customers and initiate conversations to identify their needs.
Recommend appropriate products and upsell/cross-sell where possible.
Maintain a high conversion rate from inquiry to sale.
Customer Service
Provide a welcoming and personalized experience for each customer.
Handle product inquiries, demonstrations, and comparisons professionally.
Manage customer complaints and escalate when required.
Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction.
Product Knowledge & Presentation
Stay updated on product features, specifications, pricing, and promotions.
Maintain product displays, signage, and merchandising standards.
Coordinate with the Visual Merchandising team for product arrangement.
Store Operations Support
Assist with stock replenishment, tagging, and inventory counts.
Ensure the store is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
Process sales transactions accurately through the POS system.
Reporting & Coordination
Maintain daily sales reports and submit to the Store Manager.
Share customer feedback and market trends with the management team.
Collaborate with the marketing team for in-store promotions and events.
