Job Description

Develop and implement sales strategies:

Create and execute plans to achieve revenue goals and identify new business opportunities.

Lead and motivate the sales team:

Recruit, hire, train, and mentor sales representatives to improve performance and productivity.

Set and manage sales targets:

Establish performance goals and quotas for the team and individuals.

Monitor and analyze performance:

Track sales data, identify trends, and prepare reports for senior management to assess team and product performance.

Manage customer relationships:

Oversee the sales process and maintain strong relationships with key clients.

Collaborate with other departments:

Work with marketing, product development, and other teams to align strategies and create promotional campaigns

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
