Responsible for managing the store operations, inventory control, material handling, stock accuracy, and timely issue/receiving of agricultural equipment and raw materials.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain stock levels, GRN, issue slips, and daily store records
Monitor inward/outward materials and ensure proper documentation
Coordinate with production, purchase, and accounts departments
Conduct regular stock audits and maintain FIFO
Ensure safe storage, housekeeping, and compliance with company standards
Vendor follow-up for material delivery
Manage store staff and ensure smooth daily operations
Requirements:
Minimum 2-4 years of experience in store management, preferably in agriculture/ manufacturing
Knowledge of inventory software (ERP/Odoo preferred)
Strong coordination and record-keeping skills
Ability to handle inventory independently
Graduation preferred
