Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing materials.
Ensure timely delivery of goods and materials to various cafe outlets as per daily requirements.
Coordinate regularly with cafe staffs for material planning and dispatch.
Supervise store helpers, delivery staff, and ensure efficient workflow within the store.
Handle vehicle movement for dispatches and drive when necessary.
Maintain proper stock levels, reorder materials in time, and ensure sorting and labeling accuracy.
Keep the store organized, clean, and compliant with safety standards.
Report daily inventory and dispatch status to the management team.
Requirements:
Minimum 3-4 years of experience in
store management, warehouse operations, or logistics
.
Strong leadership, coordination, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently under time constraints.
Basic knowledge of inventory software or MS Excel.
Must hold a valid driving license (required for material dispatch support).
Team-oriented attitude with attention to detail and accountability.

Salary Range:
