Job Description

leading daily operations, driving sales, managing staff (hiring, training, scheduling), controlling inventory, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining store appearance, and handling budgets, security, and compliance to meet financial targets and brand standards

Staff Management:

Recruit, hire, train, schedule, motivate, and evaluate employees; manage performance and resolve issues.

Operations:

Oversee daily activities, opening/closing, cash handling, sales floor supervision, and ensuring a clean, safe environment.

Sales & Revenue:

Develop strategies to meet sales goals, analyze performance data, manage budgets, and implement marketing initiatives.

Inventory Control:

Manage stock levels, order products, conduct counts, handle replenishment, and minimize loss.

Customer Experience:

Ensure high satisfaction by training staff on service, resolving complaints, and fostering a positive atmosphere.

Visual Merchandising:

Arrange displays, maintain brand standards, and coordinate with marketing for visual tools.

Loss Prevention & Safety:

Implement security measures, enforce safety protocols, and ensure compliance with all laws and regulations.

Reporting:

Prepare reports on sales, performance, costs, and productivity for upper management.

Pay: ₹28,706.94 - ₹30,846.22 per month
