Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed store targets. Oversee inventory management, ensuring stock levels are maintained and products are properly displayed. Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations. Maintain a high standard of customer service, addressing customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback. Monitor sales reports, analyze trends, and implement strategies to increase revenue. Ensure store cleanliness, organization, and adherence to visual merchandising standards. Handle financial tasks including cash management, processing transactions, and reconciling sales. Stay updated on industry trends and competitors, bringing innovative ideas to the store.

Requirements:

3 to 5 years experience in retail management, preferably in apparel. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
