Business Development ExecutiveAgrinnov Technologies Pvt. Ltd.Location: KarnatakaRole: Sales/BD/Store ManagerEmployment Type: Full Time Permanent:

  • Develops, maintains, and improves relations with existing and potential customers/farmers in the area assigned to a store.
  • Be able to operate a system in order to register farmers, order placement and fulfilment.
  • Receive farmers/customers daily and do the order registration and fulfilment.
  • Regularly checking stocks and judiciously placing order for the inventory as per the demand forecast.
  • Responsible for sales target achievement assigned to a store.
  • Be able to converse with farmers and advise them on pest & disease management and best farm practices.
  • Works closely with Channel partners and farmers to ensures sales growth.
  • Understand seasonal conditions and develop promotional strategy.
  • Do vendor management and stock checking and stop pilferages.
  • Responsible for sales of Company's products and services within an assigned geographic territory to a store, meeting farmers, generating leads, qualifying prospects, and managing sales of products and services.
  • Daily/weekly/monthly business reporting for the assigned store.
  • Enhance farmer/customer experience by ensuring resolution of complaints within the defined timelines.
  • Single point of contact between AgriFi and customer/farmers.

  • Graduation (Agri candidates will be preferred)
  • Prior experience of working for a agri-input distributor/dealer would be an added advantage.
  • Overall a 1 year of experience in sales, business development, farmer meeting, pest & disease advisory etc.
  • Good interpersonal skill.
  • Proficient in English and Tamil (As per the base location).
  • Experience/Exposure to start up work culture (Agri startup will be preferred)
