: Maintain high standards for all baked goods by ensuring they are fresh, well-prepared, and meet customer expectations.
Inventory and ordering
: Manage stock levels, monitor inventory, and order necessary supplies, including ingredients and other materials.
Financial management
: Develop and manage departmental budgets, track operational costs, and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue.
Customer service
: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints in a professional manner.
Health and safety
: Ensure the bakery complies with all health and safety regulations and maintains a clean, organized work environment
