Job Description

Planning: Planning the layout and setup of the venue, including the placement of tables, chairs, and cutlery Staffing: Planning the number of staff needed, including waiters, servers, and banquet captains Managing finances: Budgeting, monitoring expenses, and ensuring the event stays within budget Managing the event: Overseeing the event, ensuring all needs of the customers are met, and providing a memorable experience Managing the food and beverage: Collaborating with the chef, briefing them on the meal courses, and managing beverage requests Managing the contract: Ensuring all terms of the sales contract are met Managing the staff: Supervising staff, training, scheduling, hiring, and firing Managing the documentation: Ensuring that the schedule and timelines are documented Managing the compliance: Adhering to local laws and regulations Managing the room: Briefing staff and checking the room set-up before the event, and ensuring the room is ready for the next event

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?8,000.00 - ?14,000.00 per month
