Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Store Keeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, maintaining store records, and ensuring the smooth operation of the store/warehouse. This role requires excellent organizational skills, accuracy, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Inventory Management:

Oversee the management of all inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels, proper storage, and efficient retrieval.

Receiving and Inspecting Goods:

Receive, inspect, and verify incoming goods against purchase orders and delivery notes.

Storage and Organization:

Arrange for the storage of materials in appropriate places, ensuring safe keeping of quality and quantity.

Record Keeping:

Maintain accurate records of all inventory transactions, including receipts, issues, and adjustments.

Stock Control:

Implement and manage inventory control procedures, including stock replenishment and order recommendations.

Supervision and Training:

Supervise and train other storekeepers, providing guidance and support.

Safety and Security:

Ensure compliance with safety and security protocols related to storage and handling of materials.

Inventory Audits:

Conduct periodic and physical inventories, reconciling discrepancies and ensuring accuracy.

Problem Solving:

Identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies in inventory or operations.

Communication:

Communicate effectively with suppliers, other departments, and stakeholders regarding inventory and operations.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
