Job Description

) Store Keeper

Manage inventory of

Raw Materials, APIs, Excipients, Packing Materials, and Finished Goods

Maintain and update

GRN, Stock Registers, Bin Cards, and ERP / Excel records

Verify

Batch Numbers, Manufacturing Dates, Expiry Dates, and Retest Dates

Issue materials using

FIFO / FEFO

methods Ensure proper

labeling, identification, and storage

of incoming materials Segregate and maintain

Quarantine, Approved, and Rejected

materials Coordinate with

Production and QA/QC departments

Participate in

physical stock verification and internal/external audits

Report

damaged, short, or near-expiry materials

in a timely manner Ensure compliance with

5S, safety practices, and GMP guidelines

in the store

B) Procurement

Execute procurement activities from

approved vendors and suppliers

Obtain quotations, perform

comparative analysis

, and prepare

Purchase Orders (POs)

Follow up with vendors to ensure

timely delivery of materials

Support

inventory planning and lead time management

Verify vendor documents including

COA, MSDS, compliance certificates, and GST details

Ensure

cost control and effective negotiation

with vendors Verify invoices and coordinate with the

Accounts department

Ensure adherence to

GMP and regulatory compliance requirements

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,010.93 - ₹25,000.00 per month
