Job Description

Inventory management:

Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against purchase orders.

Stocking:

Arrange for proper storage of materials, ensuring they are organized, safe, and easy to access. This includes adhering to storage guidelines like First-In, First-Out (FIFO).

Issuing:

Measure, count, and dispense stock from the storeroom according to requests or requisitions.

Record keeping:

Maintain accurate records of all stock received, issued, and on hand in ledgers and bin cards.

Reporting:

Prepare and submit reports on inventory levels, stock discrepancies, and material requirements.

Safety and cleanliness:

Keep the store and warehouse clean, organized, and safe in accordance with regulations.

Documentation:

Process and maintain all necessary documentation for purchases, deliveries, and stock movements.

Supervision:

May supervise other staff members involved in store operations.

Ordering:

Initiate purchase requisitions for replenishing stock and may assist in ordering new items.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
