Maintaining safe custody of all raw materials, supplies, finished products, purchased items and other store-related inventories.
Ensure store compliance with health and safety regulations
Deliver excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Monitor inventory levels and order new items
Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner
Develop and arrange promotional material and in-store displays
Maintain receipts, records, and withdrawals of the stockroom
Ensure adequate record keeping and manage all documentation to confirm proper stock levels and maintain inventory control
Perform other stock-related duties, including returning, packing, pricing, and labelling supplies
Maintain all store reports in Manual/ ERP Software.
Executing all the Day-to-Day Stores Function as per the SOP (Standard Operating Procedure
Prepare monthly store reconciliation statement.
Maintaining Minimum Stock level of all consumables
Review of Store function (DPR/ERP feeding Status) of sites on daily basis.
Arranging sample trays for marketing team
Receiving and dispatching goods
Ensure the conformity of products received and delivered.
