Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain stock of
uniforms, housekeeping materials, and cleaning machines
Issue uniforms and materials to staff as per requirement
Maintain proper
stock registers and inventory records
Track inward and outward movement of materials
Coordinate with
vendors and suppliers
for purchase and servicing of machines
Ensure timely availability of materials at client sites
Conduct regular
stock verification
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store
Report shortages, damages, or discrepancies to management
Requirements:
Minimum
1-2 years of experience
as a Store Keeper / Store Executive (Facility Management preferred)
Basic knowledge of
inventory management
Ability to coordinate with vendors and site teams
Basic computer knowledge (Excel / inventory records)
Good organizational and communication skills
Responsible and detail-oriented
