Achieve target/ budgeted sales for assigned categories, Average Bill Value of the store, Drive Omni Channel sales (2% of total budget every month), ABQ for the store, Adherence to Covid 19 Safety Norms & Compliances - Audited by Forensic team, Mystery Customer Audit score a.
