Customer Service:
Greet customers, take orders, and resolve complaints while ensuring a positive and efficient experience.
Operations Management:
Oversee daily operations, ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and monitor the cleanliness and organization of the store.
Inventory and Supplies:
Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and ensure equipment is properly maintained and calibrated.
Financial Management:
Handle cash and credit transactions accurately, and monitor sales and other financial aspects of the store.
Beverage and Food Preparation:
Prepare and serve high-quality beverages and food items, ensuring consistency and quality.
Process Improvement:
Evaluate current processes and suggest improvements to increase efficiency and service quality.
Qualifications and skills
Proven experience as a barista, with a strong knowledge of coffee and brewing methods.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Leadership and team management abilities.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
