Job Description
The Store Manager plans and directs the day-to-day operations of the store.
r Maintain high store standards and conditions and foster a positive environment.
r Forecast staffing needs and develop a recruiting strategy to provide optimal staffing in all areas.
r Complete store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
r Prepare annual budget; schedule expenditures; analyze variances; initiate corrective actions.
r Ensure availability of merchandise and services by approving contracts; maintaining inventories.
