Job Description

Position Overview: As the Store Head, you will play a pivotal role in establishing and managing our new D2C store. Your responsibilities will encompass overseeing merchandise operations, ensuring a world-class customer experience, and leading a team of 50 dedicated professionals.

We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in building materials and home solutions, preferably with an architectural or interior design background.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Store Establishment: Spearhead the establishment and successful launch of our new D2C store.

2. Merchandise Management: Oversee the selection, display, and inventory management of products in the store.

3. Customer Experience: Ensure an exceptional customer experience by fostering a customer-centric environment and implementing best practices in customer service.

4. Profit and Loss Ownership: Take ownership of the store\'s Profit and Loss (P&L) statement, leading both the topline and bottom-line performance. Develop and implement strategic initiatives to maximize revenue generation while managing costs efficiently. This critical responsibility involves strategic financial planning, performance analysis, and decision-making to ensure the store\'s financial success.

5. Market Understanding: Possess a good understanding of the building material and home solution market, with a focus on Gurgaon\'s real estate landscape.

6. Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of 50 people, fostering a positive and collaborative work culture.

7. Aesthetic Sense: Utilize a strong aesthetic sense to curate an appealing and visually pleasing store environment.
