Job Description

Hotel Store Executive is responsible for managing store operations, including inventory control, stock management, and supplier relations. Key duties include tracking inventory, placing orders, receiving and dispatching goods, maintaining stock records, ensuring store cleanliness and organization, and preparing reports

Duties and Responsibilities:



Inventory and stock management:

Maintain accurate inventory records, including tracking stock movement. Plan stock requirements and place orders with vendors. Conduct regular stock takes and ensure the accuracy of reports. Receive goods, check for damage, and store them appropriately.

Store operations:

Handle daily store activities and ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-maintained. Manage the dispatch of goods and coordinate with other departments. Use inventory management software or other technology to track and report on stock. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security standards within the store area.

Reporting and administration:

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports. Track expenses and manage budgets related to the store.

Customer and team interaction:

Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure smooth operations. If the role includes a retail front, this would also involve assisting and interacting with guests and handling their purchases. Any other job or duties assigned by the management as and when required.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
