Job Description

The Store Executive is responsible for managing inventory, receiving goods, issuing materials, maintaining stock records, and ensuring smooth store operations. The role requires accuracy, responsibility, and coordination with various departments.

Key Responsibilities

Receive, inspect, and verify all incoming materials, supplies, and equipment. Maintain proper storage, labeling, and organization of stock items. Issue materials to departments based on approved requisitions. Record daily stock transactions in the inventory management system. Maintain minimum and maximum stock levels and ensure timely replenishment. Conduct periodic stock counts and reconcile physical stock with system records. Coordinate with vendors, purchase department, and accounts for timely deliveries. Ensure proper documentation such as GRN, issue slips, purchase orders, etc. Monitor expiry dates, slow-moving, and non-moving items. Ensure hygiene, cleanliness, and safety in the store area. Assist in auditing processes and support month-end inventory reporting. Follow SOPs for material handling, storage, and inventory control.

Skills & Requirements

Graduate / Diploma in Supply Chain / Commerce (preferred). 1-3 years experience in stores, warehouse, or inventory management. Knowledge of inventory control systems and MS Excel. Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to handle physical stock and work in a fast-paced environment. Good communication and coordination skills.
