Job Description

A Store Associate's job involves providing excellent customer service, handling sales transactions, managing inventory (restocking, organizing), maintaining store appearance (cleaning, displays), and resolving issues to ensure a positive shopping experience, essentially being the face of the brand and supporting daily retail operations. Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service

: Greet customers, answer questions, recommend products, and handle complaints professionally.

Sales & Transactions

: Operate the Point-of-Sale (POS) system, process payments, returns, and exchanges.

Merchandising

: Restock shelves, arrange product displays, and maintain visual standards.

Inventory

: Assist with stock counts, receiving shipments, and reporting low stock.

Store Maintenance

: Keep the store clean, organized, and welcoming.

Loss Prevention

: Monitor the sales floor and follow security procedures.
Essential Skills:

Strong communication & interpersonal skills. Friendly, approachable demeanor. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Basic math skills. Teamwork.
Typical Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent (often preferred). Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
