Job Description

The Store Associate is responsible for receiving, storing, issuing, and maintaining inventory of food, beverages, operating supplies, and other materials. The role ensures proper stock control, documentation, and compliance with hotel policies and hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities

Receive materials as per Purchase Order and verify quantity and quality Maintain proper storage as per FIFO / FEFO standards Issue materials to departments against authorized requisitions Update stock records, bin cards, and inventory registers Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the store area Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly stock checks Coordinate with Purchase and Accounts departments Report stock shortages, damages, and expiry items Ensure proper labeling and storage conditions Assist in annual and surprise stock audits

Skills & Competencies

Basic knowledge of inventory management Attention to detail and accuracy Basic computer skills (MS Excel / ERP / IDS Stores module) Understanding of hygiene and safety standards Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications & Experience

Graduate / 12th Pass (commerce preferred) 1-3 years of experience in hotel stores or inventory management Freshers with relevant exposure may apply

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
