Job Description

Stock management:

Monitor and update stock levels in the inventory management system and perform daily/weekly cycle counts to maintain accuracy.

Receiving and inspection:

Inspect incoming deliveries, verify them against purchase orders, and record details of received items.

Organization:

Organize and label items in the warehouse for efficient access and maintain a neat and orderly storage area.

Discrepancy resolution:

Work with the inventory manager and other teams to identify and resolve discrepancies between physical stock and records.

Reporting and analysis:

Assist in preparing reports on stock levels, trends, and other inventory-related data.

Compliance:

Help ensure that all inventory procedures, including product tracking and movement, are followed correctly.

Low-stock alerts:

Identify low-stock items and notify the purchasing team to initiate reordering.
