The Opportunity Storage Team is responsible for managing storage equipment around the globe. The environment consist of Netapp and Pure storage devices.

Job Responsibilities:

Design/manage storage/Backup solution to meet business requirements

Evaluate new solutions/hardware for use at Marvell

Manage global storage/backup operations

Work with Linux/Windows teams to optimize the storage performance

Ensure data/backup consistency across Marvell site

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Science, Arts or related fields and 10-15 years of related professional experience.
Master's degree and/or PhD in Business, Science, Arts or related fields with 5-10 years of experience.

10+ year of experience in managing NAS/SAN environment

Expert level knowledge of Netapp storage solutions

Expert level knowledge of Pure storage solutions

Hands on experince on CommVault backup solution

Experience of working in engineering environment

Expert level knowledge of NFS/Autofs/SMB/CIFS

Good experience of working in Linux/Unix environment

Solid understanding of networking concepts
