/ Function:
Experience Required:
1. working through complex XP and SAN problems, troubleshooting through resolution and may involve
OS, Server HBA, SAN Switch, FC components, SAS technologies and components, and Storage
Software which require a holistic troubleshooting approach.
2. Provide leadership in technical problem management and the resolution of all issues, working closely
with end customers and HPE remote and field support staff.
3. Successfully resolve technical issues (hardware and software) on XP Storage including SAN from
incoming internal or external businesses and end user's contacts and proactive notification systems.
4. Provide Monitor, Operate and Admin support to GMS-XP customers as per SOW.
5. Collaborate across GMS Technology teams to resolve complex issues in customer environment
Mode : Work from office
Work Location : Bangalore(Electronic city)
Shifts : Rotational shifts
