• Installs Manage Configure Administer maintain and supports storage arrays for customers involves hands on management of SAN NAS storage devices SAN switches and replication
• Hands on experience on Performing Lun Provisioning reclaim performance monitoring Tuning Hardware software issues troubleshooting patching upgrades
• Hands on experience on DELL EMC VNX Unity EMC NAS Unified Block File using Unisphere and SYMCLI Implementation and administration of DELL EMC Symmetrix VMAX and PowerMAX SRDF TimeFinder Open Replicator Storage provisioning Thick Thin LUN Management LUN masking zoning performance management and volume management
• Planning allocations reclaim deletion Hands on experience on EMC Recover point implementation and administration Hands on experience on Storage Monitoring
• Accountabilities Alerts Notification Hands on experience to Manage resolve SAN fabric switches Cisco Brocade Zoning VSANs FC IP ISL setup merging and zone segmentation concepts etc
• Solid understanding Hands on experience on Protocols SAN FC NAS and iSCSI NFS SMB and CIFS Storage Capacity forecast Planning reporting
• Hands on experience on CLI of Storages SAN switching Design and implementation of storage migration Design and implement Manage Disaster Recovery tools and applications RecoverPoint and replication migration utilities such as SANCopy EMCopy Robocopy DataDobi LUN Migration Multi Pathing Technology EMC PowerPath NMP MPIO
• Strong Knowledge of Storage reporting Performance analysis factors of Storage Arrays
• Resolving complicated Hardware cases and Liaising with Hardware Vendor support escalate severity issues
• Proactively monitor the environment for issues or opportunities Configure Manage ESRS
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve procedures and system performance Storage Management and Reporting Tools Experience in troubleshooting SAN complex computing platforms storage systems including SAN and NAS arrays SAN switches and cutting edge technologies involving virtualization distribution and high availability
