About The Client:

Essential Job Functions:

• Design & Implement Automation:

• Develop automated workflows using Stonebranch UAC for SAP, AWS, and enterprise systems.
• UAC Administration:

• Perform configuration, upgrades, and performance tuning of Stonebranch UAC.
• Script Development:

• Create and optimize automation scripts and connectors using Python, Shell, and PowerShell.
• Integration:

• Integrate Stonebranch UAC with ServiceNow for incident, change, and service catalog workflows.
• Monitoring & Reporting:

• Build dashboards and reports for job execution, SLA compliance, and operational insights.
• SaaS Automation:

• Support SaaS-based automation deployments and ensure secure connectivity across environments.
• Compliance:

• Ensure adherence to organizational security, governance, and ITIL standards.
• Continuous Improvement:

• Identify opportunities for process automation and optimization to enhance efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Total Experience 10+ Years
• Relevant Experience 10+ Years

Mandatory skills

• Stonebranch, automation tools and scripting(Shell, Python and PowerShell

Desired skills

• Control-M, Job Automation TWS
• SaaS architecture and ITIL processes

Required Skills & Experience:

• Experience:

• 5-8 years in workload automation, with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in Stonebranch UAC.
• Technical Expertise:

• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow integration and AWS automation.
• Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Shell, PowerShell).
• Familiarity with SaaS architecture and ITIL processes.
• Tools & Platforms:

• Experience with Control-M, Job Automation TWS, and other workload automation tools is a plus.
• Soft Skills:

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in cross functional teams and mentor junior engineers.
