Job Position:- Stock Market Executive Location : Mumbai Job Responsibilities:- Office location: Magic Square, Malad East. Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and target potential clients interested in opening Demat accounts.
Utilize various channels, including cold calling, referrals, and networking, to generate leads.
Client Engagement: Engage with potential clients to understand their financial goals, risk appetite, and investment preferences.
Educate clients on the benefits of Demat accounts, including easy trading, secure storage of securities, and streamlined investment processes.
Sales Presentations: Conduct effective sales presentations to showcase the features and advantages of Demat accounts.
Address client queries, concerns, and objections to facilitate informed decision-making.
Account Opening Process: Guide clients through the Demat account opening process, ensuring all required documentation is complete and accurate.
Collaborate with the operations team to facilitate a smooth account opening experience for clients.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-up.
Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing any issues or inquiries related to their Demat accounts.
Market Knowledge: Stay informed about market trends, financial products, and regulatory changes related to Demat accounts.
Share relevant market insights with clients to enhance their understanding of investment opportunities.
Sales Targets and Reporting: Set and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance, leads generated, and account openings.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Stay updated on changes in regulations affecting Demat accounts.
Qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree in finance, business, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the financial services industry.
Knowledge of Demat accounts, financial markets, and investment products.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
