Key responsibilities

Customer service:

Greet guests, help them to their tables, and address their needs and inquiries.

Dining area support:

Reset tables after guests leave, stock service stations with essentials like cutlery and condiments, and ensure the dining area is clean and organized.

Kitchen assistance:

Help with dish washing, collect food from the serving station, and assist with stocking kitchen supplies.

Cleanliness and hygiene:

Maintain a spotless and hygienic environment by cleaning dishes, equipment, and the dining and kitchen areas according to established standards.

Inventory and stock:

Help manage inventory and ensure that service areas, including bars and restaurants, are fully stocked with necessary supplies.

Team support:

Work collaboratively with waiters, kitchen staff, and other team members to ensure smooth and efficient service.

Required skills and qualifications

Experience:

Previous experience as a steward, waiter, or in a similar hospitality role is often beneficial.

Education:

A high school diploma or equivalent is typically required.

Knowledge:

Familiarity with industry hygiene and safety standards is crucial.

Soft skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a friendly and welcoming attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are important.

Physical ability:

The role requires good physical stamina to be on your feet for long periods and lift heavy items.

Flexibility:

A willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, is often necessary.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
