is responsible for delivering excellent guest service, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring smooth daily operations in a Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) environment. The role involves food preparation, order taking, cleanliness, and teamwork to ensure a positive dining experience for every customer.
Key Responsibilities:1. Guest Service
Greet customers warmly and ensure a friendly dining experience.
Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems.
Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints politely and efficiently.
2. Food Preparation & Quality
Prepare food and beverages as per standard recipes and company guidelines.
Maintain portion control and ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation.
Follow safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times.
3. Store Operations
Support daily restaurant operations, including order assembly, packaging, and dispatch.
Ensure workstations (kitchen, counter, dine-in area) are clean, stocked, and organized.
Assist in inventory control and report shortages to the supervisor.
4. Cash Handling & Billing
Operate billing counters and manage cash/card transactions accurately.
Maintain records of sales and submit end-of-shift cash reports as required.
5. Compliance & Safety
Follow company policies, grooming standards, and uniform guidelines.
Comply with FSSAI, health, and safety norms applicable to QSR operations.
Report any equipment malfunction or safety issue immediately.
Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum 10th / 12th Pass or Diploma in Hotel Management / Hospitality preferred.
0-2 years of experience
in a QSR, cafe, or restaurant environment (freshers welcome).
Good communication skills and a positive customer-oriented attitude.
Basic knowledge of hygiene, food safety, and service standards.
