Cleaning and setting up of the restaurant and tables as per SOP. Stocking serving stations with napkins, crockery, cutlery, salvor/ trays, and condiments, and assisting the staff with all aspects of service. Assisting with mise en place of the restaurant & bar equipment. Assisting with unloading and storing stock. Welcoming guests, seating them, water service and presenting the menus. When required, taking guests order with suggestive selling. Clearing tables and turn around service for the next customers. Handle multiple tables and prioritize tasks effectively during busy periods Assisting in cleaning and opening or closing tasks. Must have intuitive service and attention to detail. Provide excellent customer service and create a memorable dining experience for guests
