Job Description

Greet guests courteously and assist them in seating. Present menus, explain daily specials, and take accurate food and beverage orders. Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently as per hotel standards. Ensure tables are properly set, clean, and maintained at all times. Maintain cleanliness of service areas, tables, and equipment. Coordinate with kitchen staff for timely service and special requests. Handle guest complaints or feedback in a professional manner and report to the supervisor. Follow hygiene, grooming, and safety standards at all times. Assist in mise-en-place and other preparation duties before and after service. Ensure billing accuracy and assist guests with payments when required. Support team members and contribute to smooth restaurant operations.

Qualifications & Skills:



Minimum 10th / 12th pass or diploma in hotel management. Prior experience in a hotel or restaurant is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Pleasant personality and guest-oriented attitude. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks. Knowledge of food & beverage service standards and hygiene practices.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
